Where am I staying?
We will be staying at and all programming will take place in the Tropicana Las Vegas: 3801 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
How do I get around?
Attendees are responsible for getting to the hotel from the airport or bus/train station. Please consider carpooling with fellow brothers. Uber/Lyft/cabs are suggested, but make sure you tell your driver to “take the back-way” to avoid the Strip. There are also hotel shuttles from the airport.
What should I wear?
Dress is generally casual and comfortable. Remember to bring plenty of casual wear (especially shorts as it will be extremely warm) and a swimsuit. A jacket and tie are required for Supreme Council on Friday, August 4. Resort casual attire (Hawaiian shirt, shorts) is acceptable at the Gala Awards Banquet on Saturday, August 5.
Are meals provided?
Meals are included for the duration of Convention. Dietary needs should have been specified during your registration process. All meals are kosher style. There is no treif or mixing of milk and meat. If you have any additional dietary needs, please email Lynsie Morgan at [email protected].
Will I be receiving a travel reimbursement?
If you are a Chief Delegate, Rush Chair, IEC, or are attending Conclave Planning, Ten 4 Ten Philanthropy Planning Conference, Hineni, Leven or Civics, you will receive your travel reimbursement at Convention. In order to receive the reimbursement, you must attend all events required of you. Those who submitted their travel receipts after July 15 will receive their travel reimbursements after Convention.
